Print the CLI version, or every component's version with the skew check

Supported skew: gateway, identity, attest and operator on the same minor version; the CLI within one minor version of them; every maqpna.com CRD known to this CLI installed and serving v1alpha1. Development builds ("dev") are reported but not compared.

The global flags (--context, -o, --no-color, ...) work with every command.

- Talks to the gateway:
--gateway, elseMAQPNA_GATEWAY_URL, else the current context's gateway (maqpna context). - Prints a table by default;
-o jsonor-o yamlprint the data, and--jq EXPRfilters the JSON. - Exits
3when the check fails or a result does not match (see exit codes below), so scripts and CI can act on it.
Exit codes#
