From the help of maqpna agent:
describe adds the trust tier, the ToolPolicies that apply, sovereignty compliance, the agent's sessions by phase and its budget. In kubectl the Agent kind's short name is mqagent (kubectl get mqagent), since "agents" collides with kagent's agents.kagent.dev.
